Gold Boots = Statement

Gold booties make a simple outfit POP! Do you ever have says where you wake up, feel a bit lazy and not want to spend a lot of time getting ready? Or you are in a rush so there's no time to put a lot of thought into an outfit and need to wear minimal makeup? This day was one of those days for me. I wanted to look well put together in an effortless way.

A high hair bun was the answer for me as I was on day three of not washing my hair. Side note: It's good to wash your hair only 3-4 times a week, keeps it healthy and thick. From my personal experience, washing my hair daily caused over drying and thinning to occur. Hair buns look really cute with glasses. I do have prescription glasses, but was in a silly mood so I grabbed my big, gold frame, nerdy glasses. I bought them at Forever 21 in the beginning of the summer and love to wear them. I used to own a similar pair in grade school with a prescription (super nerd).

My boots are from Nasty Gal. Click HERE to shop their site! I actually got them for Christmas last year and this was the 3 time I wore them. Real comfortable, slight heel for a sleek look and thick material. Mine are a size 9. They are the life of the party, the star of the show. Be careful not to pair with a busy top or bottom. Depending on the design, it may clash. Pairing them with a simple outfit is key. I love the gold look in general. I'm into anything with gold jewelry, purses or heels. I have a Gold > Silver kinda love.

I paired them with light gray jeans from Missguided and a white tank top thong bodysuit from Oh Polly. I can not find these exact gray jeans, but I linked similar ones from Missguided HERE and HERE. Click HERE to shop the bodysuit. It was very comfortable to wear, didn't feel annoying or anything. I got a size 6. They have several colors to choose from! Click HERE to view Oh Polly's home page!

Ciao for now,
Italiana
