Black Friday Deals + Gray Longline Coat & White Booties

Happy Black FriYay! Hope everyone had a stuffed Thanksgiving (literally). My Thanksgiving consisted of eating, napping and story telling. It was my first one being vegan, and I can honestly say being vegan ain’t bad. I’m thankful for my family and friends, and Chef Joe who made some delicious dishes to bring to dinner. One of the dishes was a spinach quinoa salad with olives, cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, chickpeas, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and his secret dressing. So good and satisfying! Loved all the colors! We picked up a box of assorted desserts from a local vegan/gf spot. Some of the treats were rainbow cookies, whoopie pies, yodels and cookie dough cheesecake cupcakes. Yodels were my favorite, they brought back childhood memories.

The best part of this outfit was the Sage White Patent Ankle Booties from LuLus. I’ve been noticing many styles with white booties breaking the “no white after Labor Day rule”, and I dig it! My Twinkling Fluffy Distressed Cropped Sweater in black is from Chicwish. It brought the outfit together. It has a subtle silver texture that gives the look of static. Made out of polyester and metallic fiber. I chose to wear it backwards because I like the choker necklace look. The decision was made based purely on how I was feeling that day, however, looks great both ways! My gray longline peacoat is from a long time ago, probably 5 years ago.
